Mother asked the FBI to Huaixi Gilbert took control of the serial killer case

Oak Beach, New York (CNN) -mother of Huaixi Gilbert said Tuesday that police botched the investigation death of his son and apparent murder of another victim on Long Island, New York, and he threatened to file a suit against Suffolk County police force if the FBI wouldn’t take over the case.

Lawyer to Let Gilbert described Suffolk County serial killer investigation as a “hick” during a press conference in Oak Beach, where his skeletal remains were found last week.

“The investigation was taken place so far is comparable to something that You will find in the Podunk County,” said Attorney John Ray, uniformed Police Commissioner Richard Dormer as the Pink Panther, a French cartoon bungling detective.

Since December, police have found 10 sets of human remains scattered across the two counties of Long Island, pushing the theory of what caused their death.

Ray on Tuesday accused the roof’s Office violated the victim’s civil rights by not investigating.
